Painting a professional mural takes a lot of planning, and even more attention to detail than one may imagine. Properly scaling, shading, and finishing a mural takes a very trained eye. With over 7 years of experience painting murals, and a lifetime of love for art and design, I have learned many techniques and rules to achieving a perfectly finished mural.
Murals on a large scale take a lot of planning, and mapping before you can even get started. I do however, enjoy the artistic journey of letting art unfold and take new “un-planned” turns. I allow for this, I map out the basic shapes of the mural first, and when I am filling those areas in, if the urge to add a new detail or character arises, at least I know where I am able to do so.
If you happen to have an idea for a mural in your own home or business, I urge you to reach out to me to discuss your options. I offer a free professional design consultation to anyone interested in purchasing a mural, as well as a free quote based on your budget and space.
